A lifelong advocate of fitness with an infectious enthusiasm and effective motivation. As a club runner and world ranked seniors tennis player (High#37 O40s) and general sporty person I'd always enjoyed mat pilates alongside conventional strength & conditioning work but only recently was turned onto reformer pilates and was struck by how beneficial to sports it can be. I bring this keen experience and sports awareness to my classes, in addition to fundamental pilates practice for core strength, tone, flexibility and posture.
I trained as a reformer Pilates instructor under Balanced Body Master Teacher and former Olympian Pete Pallai. My approach blends the principles of reformer Pilates practice with functional mobility, strength and sport specific moves.
